Pre-Jingle Bell Jog Update

This is an update prior to NYRR Jingle Bell Jog – 4 Miles on Saturday, 8th December.

We have identified additional roles; Hannah Wiltshire and Paul Power will serve as time keepers, while Hannah will also manage the T-shirt sales. We should all HAVE FUN!!!

T-Shirts: Our Five Points Runners T-Shirts will be available on Saturday for those who have not already purchased one. Shirts are blue with our gold/yellow logo and are a tech material (not cotton). They are $15 for children and $20 for adults.

Meeting Location: Five Points Runners will meet at 16th Street and Prospect Park Southwest 7:45 am and 8:00 am. From there we will proceed into the park where we will:

* pick up our credentials and safety pins
* pin on bibs and attach D-Tags to shoes (instructions)
* stretch and warm up
* introduce race buddies
* review race, hydration, safety procedures and reunite location
* proceed to start when called

Race Course: Please expect a lot of holiday costumed runners in the park. The start and end of the race will be the Center Drive transverse. It is one loop of the park. A map is attached. (link)

Time Keepers: We will have our own timers to record the finishing times of our runners. Hannah Wiltshire and Paul Power will serve as time-keepers. Please ensure that our runners wear our team shirts so that they are easily identified.
