September 2014 Schedule

The September schedule will focus on general conditioning and skill building. All practice sessions will take place at the East Sixth Street Track. General training is foundational and helps to develop overall physical capacity and fitness. This will include basic running, strength building, and exercises used to develop muscular power and to improve overall speed.
