The September schedule will focus on general conditioning and skill building. All practice sessions will take place at the east sixth street track. General training is foundational and helps to develop overall physical capacity and fitness. This will include basic running, strength building, and exercises used to develop muscular power and to improve overall speed.

19th Practice (5:30 pm East River Track)
23rd Practice (9:30 am East River Track)
26th Practice (5:30 pm East River Track)
30th Practice (9:30 am East River Track)
